LC Man indicted for sexual crimes against animal, minor

A Waynesburg man has been indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on multiple counts including sexual abuse of a minor and sexual crimes against an animal.

Donald E. Miller, Jr., 50, of Ky. Hwy. 328 west, was indicted Sept. 12 by a Lincoln County grand jury.

Miller was indicted on one count of burglary for allegedly knowing and unlawfully entering a home on July 12 with the intent to commit a crime. He was also indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse for allegedly subjecting a minor under the age of 16 to sexual contact on July 12.

On July 24, Miller allegedly had sexual contact with an animal for the purpose of sexual arousal and sexual gratification, according to the indictment. The grand jury indicted him on one count of sexual crimes against an animal.

Deputy Ron Luster testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Miller’s bond was set at $25,000.

Miller is currently being held in the Casey County Jail.
