New Children’s Book The Dreamer Invites Families to Rediscover Wonder, Courage, and the Power of Imagination
Liberty, Kentucky — [April 28, 2026] — A new children’s book is encouraging families to rediscover the kind of storytelling that sparks imagination and stays with children long after the final page.
The Dreamer, Kentucky author Carolyn Nicole’s debut children’s book, tells the story of a young girl named Faith whose imagination is awakened after meeting a mysterious figure known as the Dreamer.
When Faith meets the Dreamer, her imagination comes to life—full of new worlds, fairies, dragons, and exciting adventures. But when the Dreamer disappears, leaving only his pen behind, Faith must decide if she will find the courage to keep dreaming or allow fear to silence her forever.
Designed as a powerful read-aloud experience, The Dreamer invites families to slow down and engage with a story centered on finding wonder, choosing courage, and believing that there is power in your dreams.
With lyrical storytelling and imaginative world-building, the book encourages children not just to listen, but to imagine, explore, and create, extending the story beyond the page and into their own lives.
The Dreamer marks the first release from Caralee Cove, a new “story-first” storytelling company focused on creating meaningful, imagination-driven experiences and media for children and families. While the book stands on its own as a complete story, it also represents the beginning of a broader vision to produce stories and experiences that inspire creativity, curiosity, and purpose in the next generation.
The book will be available for pre-order through Kickstarter beginning May 1, where early supporters can be part of bringing The Dreamer to life and helping launch this new storytelling venture.
