A Lincoln County grand jury has indicted a man on charges of rape, strangulation and sodomy in relation to an incident in October of last year.
Johnny E. Wall, 30, of Crab Orchard, was indicted May 8 on one count of strangulation, one count of sodomy and one count of rape against a female victim on Oct. 25, 2025.
A bond was set at $25,000. Wall is to have no contact with the victim. Trooper William Watts testified for the Kentucky State Police.
He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
The following people were also indicted on May 8 by a Lincoln County grand jury:
• Pamela S. Sullivan, 62, of Stanford: one count of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); one count of possession of a controlled substance (Buprenorphine) on Dec. 16, 2025 and one count of possession of a controlled substance (Buprenorphine) on Dec. 2, 2025. Chief Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Heather A. Rakes, 22, of Russell Springs: one count of fleeing or evading police on March 8 and one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (aggravated, alcohol concentration of .15 or more). Deputy Aaron Steele testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Bond was set at $10,000.
• John E. Tallent, 32, of Tampa, FL.: one count of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) on Dec. 1, 2025. Bond was set at $5,000. Chief Deputy Michael Mullins testified for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
